Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products (e.g., for sensitivities), note that on your quote and we’ll accommodate.

Are you insured and are cleaners background-checked?

Yes—Scrubrz is insured and our cleaners are background-checked. Certificates available upon request.

Can you work around pets?

Absolutely. Please secure pets if they’re anxious with vacuums or new people. Tell us about any special instructions.

What’s included in a Standard vs. Deep Clean?

Standard: kitchen, baths, dusting, vacuum/mop, beds & living areas—great for upkeep.

Deep: everything in Standard plus baseboards, fronts of cabinets, vents, behind/under easy-move items, and first-floor interior windows.

Do you offer Move-In / Move-Out cleaning?

Yes. Includes inside fridge, oven, cabinets/drawers, closets, and a garage/patio sweep. Add carpet shampooing via partner on request.

Will I get the same cleaner each visit?

We try to send the same pro when scheduling allows. For vacations or illness we’ll notify you and provide a vetted substitute.

Arrival windows and access?

We offer 2-hour arrival windows. Provide door code or leave a key if you can’t be home. We text when en route.

What if something is missed or damaged?

If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. For accidental damage, we’re insured—contact us immediately to start a claim.

Pricing and payment?

Quotes are based on home size, condition, and service. We accept major cards and do not store card details on our site.

Cancellation policy?

Free changes up to 24 hours before your booking. Late cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee due to crew scheduling.

Do you do dishes, laundry, or organizing?

Yes—light dishes, laundry, and organizing are available as add-ons. Include them in your quote request.

Do you clean exterior windows, blinds, or high areas?

Interior first-floor windows and blinds are included in Deep Clean. Exterior windows and high ladder work are case-by-case for safety.

Health & safety

We follow common-sense hygiene practices. If anyone in your home is ill or immunocompromised, tell us so we can adapt or reschedule.
